James G. Fleshman II began his career 25 years ago in the mortgage industry, and founded Foundation Mortgage Corporation in 2001. James has helped thousands of clients make their dreams of becoming a homeowner a reality.
Corey Clark joined the team at Foundation Mortgage in April of 2012, and brought with her a background in marketing and insurance to our company.
Corey is licensed by the South Carolina Department of Insurance in Life, Accident & Health as well as Property & Casualty.
Our Team
James was born in Charleston and raised in Columbia, South Carolina. He graduated from The Citadel in May of 1990.
James and his wife, Christy, live in Columbia on Lake Murray with their two children, Jake (18) and Clair (17). Their children attend Ben Lippen Schools, where Christy volunteers. They are active members of Three Rivers Baptist Church and members of the Lake Murray Association.
James is a member of Central Carolina Realtors Association, the Rotary Club of Columbia, the Home Builders Association of Greater Columbia, Greater Columbia Sales and Marketing Counsel, Senior Care Professionals of the Midlands, Mortgage Professionals of South Carolina, and Mortgage Lenders Association of Greater Columbia.

Oscar was raised in nearby West Columbia, SC. He earned his A.A. from Spartanburg Methodist College and his B.A from Wofford College. He and his wife, Elizabeth are the proud parents of sons, Tennyson and Asher and daughter Ellington Grace.
Oscar and his family are active members of Columbia Crossroads Church and attend their downtown campus. Oscar enjoys being in and near water, listening to audiobooks, and playing and writing music.

Corey was born and raised in South Carolina. She graduated from The University of South Carolina in 2007, with a Bachelors in Economics.
She enjoys spending time with her family, being involved with her church at Three Rivers Baptist Church, and watching SEC football, especially the USC GAMECOCKS!

Eric Williamson joined the team at Foundation Mortgage in May of 2015, and brought his energy and work ethic to our team. Eric was previously employed as a Mortgage Processor at a prominent bank in the Upstate before making the move back to Columbia SC.
Eric grew up in Columbia, SC and chose to leave to attend Clemson University. He graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Financial Management in 2014.
He enjoys spending time with his friends and family, participating in sports, reading and watching movies in his spare time.
